2025 IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Summit

Call for Papers

The 2025 IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Europe, Middle East, and Africa Regional Summit (CTUS-EMEA) will be held for the first time in Nigeria at Baze University, Abuja, on November 27-28. Under the theme “Bridging Digital Frontiers: African Solutions for Universal Connectivity,” this pivotal summit to catalyze inclusive digital growth across the continent. The program features five core tracks: Infrastructure and Technologies, Policy, Regulation, and Financing, Rural and Community Centric Innovations, Digital Transformation for Sectors such as eHealth and Agriculture, and Regional Cooperation for Cross Border Initiatives.
