Co-locating the CTU Summit with IEEE Globecom
The 2023 IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Summit will be the first in-person instance of our event! Please plan to join us on 4 December 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as we co-locate the CTU Summit with IEEE Globecom, one of the IEEE Communications Society’s flagship conferences dedicated to driving innovation in nearly every aspect of communications.
Registration is being done as a Special Event through the IEEE Globecom registration portal
Register through IEEE Globecom portal!
You will be brought to the IEEE Globecom registration portal. IEEE CTU Summit registration is done through this portal. Below is what the event registration page will look like, please click the Register Now button to start event registration.
After you enter your information, the Special Event details are found when you scroll down the registration options. Continue to scroll until you see the below details and then click the Select button.
If registering for only for the special CTU Summit event, the following registration fees are required:
- IEEE members – $175 USD
- non IEEE members – $200 USD
If registering for IEEE Globecom, you can add the IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Summit for FREE!
Please note that coffee breaks and lunch tickets are not included in your free registration. You have the option to add a CTU Session Lunch ticket to your registration in the Additional Items section for $65 USD.
Additionally, for those not interested in this pre-purchase option, breaks and lunches can be purchased with local eateries. These can be purchased separately on-site, ensuring that you have the flexibility to choose according to your preferences.

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is Malaysia’s premier facility for meetings, events, and conventions with plenty of space for the action in its large array of grand halls and meeting rooms. Overlooking the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers and the KLCC Park, it is located in the heart of KLCC.
