USAID Economic Growth Lead – Regional Development Mission for Asia

Mr. Rynecki has an extensive track record leading high profile economic growth efforts in frontier and emerging markets. He works closely with entrepreneurs, small businesses, governments, corporations, and academic counterparts to understand, and work collaboratively to solve, development challenges affecting vulnerable populations throughout Asia. Currently, his team leads digital inclusion efforts in the lower Mekong subregion improving the lives and livelihoods of underserved communities. He worked previously on rural connectivity programs in Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and Ukraine. He supports open internet access throughout ASEAN and is an advocate for inclusive, sustainable digital skills development and job opportunities for women and girls.
