Curtis Rowe
Curtis Rowe has 25 years of experience leading large telecommunication projects connecting remote, rural and Indigenous communities in Canada. He has worked with large complex project teams on the design and construction of innovative projects to build community driven solutions. Many times, these were revenue and ownership sharing models with Indigenous communities, incorporating local labor resources on projects when able. Curtis’ primary focus has been to build relationships with elected officials, staff and Indigenous leaders. He has acted as a lobbyist to Provincial and Federal elected officials and led community town halls, municipal and Indigenous council meetings on various telecommunication solutions such as FTTP, 5G, LTE, and fixed wireless. Curtis has also led various regulatory compliance initiatives and is well versed in the legal requirements and obligations faced in the Canadian telecommunication industry. Curtis is currently a partner with GeeRowe Consulting. His firm works with social service organizations to build capacity and structure. Their motto is business consulting with a social purpose.
